Marina began her real estate journey in 2006 in the White River and Nelspruit area, where she quickly discovered her passion for Sectional Title and Full Title complexes.
In 2007, she qualified as a Sectional Title Specialist Realtor (STSR UCT) and went on to earn a Certificate in Sectional Title Scheme Management (STSM UCT) to deepen her expertise in this specialised field. Her commitment to professional excellence continued with the achievement of her PPRE (Professional Practitioner in Real Estate) designation in 2012 and a Certificate of Competence in NQF5 in 2016.
In 2013, Marina relocated to Pretoria and joined RealNet Wapadglen under the mentorship of Nelis Bezuidenhout. She has since focused her practice on properties in the sought-after suburbs of Faerie Glen, Boardwalk, Garsfontein, Wapadrand, and Olympus, with a strong emphasis on Sectional Title and Full Title complexes.
