I embarked on my real estate journey in 1982, bringing over 22 years of experience in property management. My passion for the industry led me to become a Property Practitioner in 2004, focusing on the sale and rental of residential properties. In 2008, I founded J Serfontein Real Estate CC, trading as Silverstream Properties, where I successfully managed the business for 16 years until August 2024.

On 1 September 2024, I joined RealNet RainMakers, excited to continue providing exceptional service under their distinguished brand.

My mission is to offer the most professional, informed, and dedicated service in the real estate industry. I consistently prioritize my clients’ best interests, placing their needs above all else in every transaction. My goal is to build lasting relationships with my clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage. With a friendly, professional, and proactive approach, I have successfully connected homeowners with the right buyers or tenants and helped individuals find their dream homes.
