In 1989, I successfully completed the Examination of the Estate Agents Affairs Board and became a member of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa. I hold a Fidelity Fund Certificate and have participated in various courses related to real estate, including achieving the CRS qualification (Certificate of Residential Specialists).
Having resided in Waterkloof for 40 years, I have gained extensive knowledge of my operating areas. My record boasts sales of over R270 million worth of property, winning numerous awards and trophies, and being often recognized as a top achiever in real estate sales since 1999.
