Originally from Bloemfontein, Belina is a part time second year student at the University of South Africa (UNISA), pursuing her degree in Administrative Management (Financial). She is also founder and co-director to “Chic-Glamour D”, a privately owned events management and consultancy company which was established in 2012.
Prior to Real Estate, she served as an employee at Town and Regional Planning Consultancy Agency – Base Plan Central (Previously known as Bopa Lesedi) for 11 years, where she worked in Operations, Finance and PA to the CEO.
This knowledge provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in Real Estate negotiations and educating Homebuyers and Sellers on their specific needs. She was welcomed to the RealNet Family in July 2020, and carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything she does.
